Default max attribute

since my character is not level 20...im unsure about this.

lets say im level 20 and healing prayer attribute is "maxed" without any boost from items; thus i can use orison of healing to heal 60(max) health.
can i go above max attribute with help of items?(like runes)
if i can..is that means i can heal more with orison of healing(more than 60)?

thanks

The highest level your attributes can be without equipment is 12.
With runes, you can get another +3
With the helmet/headpiece you can get another +1

That equals 16 in a single attribute.

Other modifiers are Awaken the Blood, Glyph of Elemental Power and weapon bonuses like a wand that has a 20% chance to raise Earth Magic by 1 while using an Earth Magic Skill.

Hope that helps you out.
